Self Grown Friends

This series follows a linear approach from Drawing to sculpture, and back to drawing again.
It began with a motif I drew and used as reference to create the Blue Friend. I then used the shape of a shadow cast by the Blue Friend to develop the next motif, which was then used as reference for the Purple Friend. This linear process followed for the rest of the series, resulting in familiar forms, that sit as a family, but still stand on their own.
